We had Gale Force install a humidifier for my mother-in-law in her new condo and asked them to replace the existing one in our home. Terry was timely, honest, and provided a clear quote. They came back right on time as scheduled to both houses and did great work. We could not be happier with the price, the work, and the results — excellent humidity levels in both homes!

We used them for HVAC maintenance, installing a new thermostat and servicing our humidifier. They were very responsive showing up on time and did a great job. We found them to be efficient, nice and very good value. We were very pleased and highly recommend them.

We encountered an issue with the A/C unit, which was a manufacturing defect; and Gale, Terry and James tackled the problem, and were able to replace the bad unit within 48 hours. Gale kept us informed throughout the process. James and Terry are tops!!
